We have put-up a fully fledged self contained manufacturing unit in 1 lakh sq.ft. plotwith 40,000 sq.ft. built up area at Masat, Silvassa.

The whole Manufacturing process such as Fabrication(GI SHEET only), Metal pre-treatment(Henkels – Nano-Ceramic Process), Conveyorised Powder Coating Plant, Busbar, Assembling, Wiring, and Testing will be carried out under the constant supervision of our expert Engineers and our technically high profiled supervisors inside our plant.

Our fabrication section is equipped with hydraulic programmable press break (120T,3000 x 6mm), hydraulic profile cutting machines, welding machines, power drills, power hacksaws, presses, necessary portable electric and pneumatic machines & tools etc.

Fabricated parts are processed for pre-treatment by ‘HENKELS’ Patented Nano Ceramic Technology.
100KV Electrostatic gun is used for powder coating process and that will be carried out in dust- proof SS powder coating booth with PU/ Polyester /Epoxy based powder. Size of our electric oven is (W 9000x L12000x H3500m ) with a temperature limit up to 300º C .

Bus bar assembling section is equipped with Hydraulic Bus bar Shearing, Bending & Punching machines (200x12mm) with all necessary tools and tackles and hardware for proper and efficient assembling of bus bars.

Before packing and forwarding we will conduct the required tests that includes Heat run test, 2.5 KV High Voltage Tester, Analogue Lab type Multi Tester, Crimping Strength Tester, 30A Three Phase Variac and 10A Single Phase Variac, Secondary Injection Test, 100KV Tester for HT etc..
